EPDM bonded washer high quality rubber processing machinery designed for creating leak-proof seals for water, gas, oil and other fluids. EPDM rubber is vulcanized with metals including galvanized mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

Plate Vulcanizing Machine Features
- Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
- Hot plates made from 35# steel plates with normalizing treatment and double scale rolling
- Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision welding and heat treatment
- Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston (alternative: ZG270-500 cylinder with cold hard chilled alloy cast iron piston)
- Double sealing ring with dustproof ring for extended service life
- Hydraulic oil pump system with manual and automatic control options
- Electrical control system supports automatic and semi-automatic operation modes
